About this house sitting position in Ashgrove

We are a retired couple, Carel and Marijke and have a beautiful Ashgrovian home, 10 minutes from the city (shopping centre and bus stops close by), with a tropical garden and a fishpond converted from a swimming pool in the back. It is an artists house with good WiFi, I, Marijke am a painter and my husband Carel is a photographer. The main area has two bedrooms and a large open living space, with a kitchen, a large bathroom and my studio. The main bedroom has an ensuite and a little study attached. At the back is a big verandah overlooking the garden.
Downstairs is a granny flat where our son with partner live but they will be overseas during the same time as us. We have only a few plants inside that need to be watered and if it doesn’t rain the garden needs to be watered as well. The fish need also to be fed regularly.
Requirements:
1. We are looking for a trustworthy non smoker ( or a couple)
2. Can feed the fish regularly
3. Can keep the house clean
4. Can do basic gardening (regular watering, occasionally mow the tiny front lawn)
5. Can be mindful with basic safety
