Large, two storey brick house with swimming pool and air conditioning.
Pet requirements - one 12 year old, indoor only, friendly female cat called Pixie. Pixie needs ear cream applied to the inside of one ear twice per day. She tolerates this well. There is a 24 hour accessible outdoor cat run with provision for toiletting that needs cleaning, along with check of indoor kitty litter (rarely used). Needs feeding twice per day. Pixie needs to have an older, female pet sitter or older couple who is/are either retired or work from home or at least work part-time from home, as she is used to having company for the majority of the day and every night. Other jobs - check mailbox, water pot plants once per week and water garden once per fortnight if no rain. Pool skimmer box needs checking once per week and emptied if required. No other pool attention required.
