About this house sitting position in Ashmore

We would like a house sitter to look after our miniature schnauzer and house while we are away on a cruise.
Ideally suited to a retired couple or person, who can be home based most days and definitely nights.
If possible, we would like to meet prospective house sitters prior to the sit so they can meet us and our pet.
Our house is 9 years old and in a small complex of 5 houses. It has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - single story. Large open plan living/dining area. Outdoor entertainment area. There is a small, paved garden both front and back.
We are centrally located and 6 kms from the beach in a quiet residential area.
Our dog will need walking every day. She is an inside dog and is very friendly and loves company and attention.
You will need you own vehicle. There is ample off-street parking.
