A very comfortable two storey modern home, with small yard located on quiet street away from main road, which is within walking distance. Only 13km by road to CBD. Kitchen is modern with Miele steamer and oven. Guest bedroom is upstairs. wifi available. Outside bbq area very comfortable and under roof. Looking for someone who is a dog lover, and able to walk the dog. Home is very low maintenance, only requiring some watering of pot plants and garden. no mowing required.
