We live in one of four units in a peaceful, family-friendly villa. Our home is a cozy, clutter-free, and minimalist 3-bedroom space, with one bedroom being ensuite. The house features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with lovely outdoor views, a sunlit garden, and plenty of natural light streaming in throughout the day.

We (Nick and Adriana) are a professional couple who value a healthy, active, and mindful lifestyle. Nick is a full-time urban planner, and Adriana is a passionate early childhood educator. We’re avid outdoor enthusiasts who love hiking, biking, and embracing any outdoor adventure or challenge. We’re also environmentally conscious, living in a smoke-free home and maintaining a simple, harmonious space filled with positive energy.

We’re looking for a house sitter who shares our values—someone self-aware, respectful, and mindful of the space and energy we’ve created.

About Jimmy:
Jimmy, our nearly 8-year-old Beaglier, is the heart of our family. He’s a loving, friendly companion who thrives on routine. Jimmy sleeps in our bed, enjoys playing ball at the park twice daily (as he doesn’t use the backyard for toileting), and loves trips to the beach. He’s healthy, super chill, and adores hugs but isn’t fond of cats.

We’d love to find someone who will care for Jimmy as we do, ensuring he stays active, happy, and loved while enjoying the tranquil and adventure-ready environment our home and lifestyle offer. Read more...
