About this house sitting position in PERTH

I am in East Perth and will have a 5 month old West Highland Terrier and i am looking for someone who works from home or is retired and can spend the time required with my puppy. I dont get my boy until End of of February but i am looking at getting someone to stay whilst i am away in May and also hopefully they bond with him and also for a month from end of August. I have a apartment in East Perth on 2 levels.
There is a lift from the garage to get into the apartment on the 1st floor and there is an access from the ground floor which has a small courtyard and also a small area out the back with a washing line
You would have the ground level bedroom ensuite with laundry but everything else is upstairs (17stairs)
