About this house sitting position in Banksia beach

Hi guys ,
We live on Bribie Island on Pacific harbour golf course .
Our house has 4 bedroom , 2 with ensuites , 2 living areas , outdoor entertainment areas and a pool . We purchase this property a year ago and it has been totally renovated.
We are surrounded by a pond , part of our property is fenced , for our new staffy Cherry , who is only 10 weeks old .
Cherry will be 8 months old, at the time of this house sit .
We are into training and will be persisting on having her well behaved.
Looking for someone that would be around most of the time and not at work all day , as we are retired , so someone is around most of the time .
