About this house sitting position in Bardon

We have a large family home surrounded by bushland in a private and quiet location of Bardon.
On the first level we have a large master bedroom (king bed) with ensuite, two living areas, kitchen, dining and large private deck.
On the upper level there's a further 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds), bathroom, separate toilet and study.
There is also a pool, and there will be one undercover parking space available, plus street parking.

The ground level of the home is a separate one bedroom residence which my mother-in-law lives in with a small dog. It has a separate private entrance and fenced courtyard.

We have two friendly and affectionate dogs. A 5 year old Border Collie called Buckie (male) and a 4 year old Dachshund called Dixon (male). They are pretty relaxed and don't have any behavioural issues or separation anxiety. They are quite okay to be left outside for several hours or most of the day.
They will love going for walks and spending time with you. All they need is food and water twice a day and they sleep indoors at night.

The house is walking distance to a few bus stops, it's a 5 min drive to Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens and nearby walking tracks. We're 2.2km from Toowong Village, 3.3km from Indooroopilly shopping centre and 6km from the city centre.
