About this house sitting position in Paddington

This listing is a little unusual - I am hoping to find sitter/s based permanently in Brisbane but looking for occasional nights or weekends of sitting. For example, in past listings I have come across some wonderful young adults who are living at home in Brisbane but looking for a shorter break from family living or flatmates now and then by houseminding.
I have a very comfortable three bedroom townhouse in Paddington, an easy walk to Latrobe Terrace and Rosalie, with loads of cafes, bars and buses directly to the city, Roma Street or South Brisbane. The complex has a pool and friendly neighbours, and the house comes with the adorable Maggie the border collie.
I’ve included a sample weekend date, but really I am hoping to get in touch with Brisbane locals who would enjoy staying with Maggie from time to time as I have a number of nights away and weekend trips this year.
I wouldn’t expect a permanent commitment of any kind, it would be very flexible based on your availability and my timing.
For such short stays, I also wouldn’t expect any serious cleaning - just loading the dishwasher and maybe strip the bed at the end.

My guest bedroom has its own ensuite and and TV and, I’m told it’s a very comfortable bed!
Generally I would take my car with me, leaving the garage free for yours if you have one.
Maggie is a nine year-old border collie who is excellent at walking on the lead, and a great cafe dog who will settle peacefully under the table with the water bowl and let you enjoy your coffee and breakfast or whatever (she won’t say no to a bit of your toast though).
If you let her, she will happily choose which direction to go at each intersection in the neighbourhood and take you on her favourite “two park” walk - starting with the off-leash dog park below Government House, and taking in a loop around Frew Park tennis courts before heading home.
The rest of the time she will happily hang out without needing too much stimulation and is generally fine to sleep in on weekend mornings 😎
XL tv in lounge with Nintendo switch and lots of streaming channels. Easy care kitchen, small gas bbq in courtyard, full laundry downstairs, and overall a pretty simple staycay type place.
