A very comfortable 3 bedroom low set brick Home with large well equipped kitchen. Very peaceful gardens in a quiet neighbourhood. There are two very friendly Burmese cats and five very curious chickens. There are also lots of indoor plants that need to be watered.
The garden lawn has a robotic lawn mower so there is no need to worry about exterior garden maintenance.
There is a single car carport and also a double carport under shade sail.
