About this house sitting position in Jamboree Heights

We are currently renting an older brick vaneer Double Story 3 x bedroom property south of Brisbane River.
Main living is up stairs, with rumpus, office, laundry and garage on ground floor.
Minimal upkeep required, due to wooden and tiled flooring.
Property has good security.
Medium size garden, which is well established with plenty of plant variety. Well fenced in which is great as it keeps the cat from escaping property.
Laundry has cat flap built into security door, it also has a solid door which we leave open during the day so cat can come and go during the day. We lock it at night with the cat inside property.
