He is an 11-year-old German Shepard who loves his cuddles and walks; not too far, though, the hips are getting a little wobbly.

The dog sleeps inside but downstairs on his bed.
There is a lock-up garage for your car.
The house has the usual mod-cons re WiFi, coffee machine etc. There is heating and cooling, plus a gas BBQ for late-evening outdoor cooking.

For interstate people, we are a 15-minute walk to a train station, and from there 30 minutes to the city centre.
15-minute drive to city beaches.

Day trip to various sites around the Melbourne Bay area.
