I have a beautiful modern immaculately furnished 2 bedroom apartment with its own private entrance situated on the leafy ground floor apartment with only 3 units. It's mins to Bondi beach. The apartment offers a lush green, stunning garden courtyard which is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing.

I have only been living here for a few months so all furniture is brand new and the bathroom is large modern and clean. I have air conditioning and a cool outdoor shower for beach lovers!

Bus stop is only meters from the house with famous Bondi beach only a quick 10 mins walk away! It's also very close to Bondi Westfield which is a 5 minute drive away. The location is perfect for exploring Bondi and beyond. Street parking only.

I have a beautiful mini groodle who is 18 months old and house trained - his name is Harvey. He is a snuggle bug who loves affection, sleeping and going for long walk or the dog park (Barracluf Park which is less than 10 mins by foot where he can run around. The dogs here are you needful and he has many friends to socialise with off leash! It's a wonderful dog community down there and I take him daily for his big runs.
