About this house sitting position in Bouvard

We live overlooking the estuary in a quiet little pocket of houses. Mostly retired people around us. It is a lovely area but my main concern is my dog. She is a blue heeler cross border collie who is 14 years old. She is quite anxious and it takes her a bit of time to warm to new people. She is very easy to look after, not very active but loves company- just to know someone is around. She has osteoarthritis in her legs and is overweight so can't tolerate a lot of exercise in fact it has decreased to almost next to nothing in the last 6 months. She is on medication that she needs to have daily. I am looking for a homebody as I would like her to have company for most of the time we are away. She isn't used to children so that is not an option sorry.
