About this house sitting position in Dawesville

Our previous is now unable to take care of our home. We now have someone for May and just require another sitter for June. We would prefer a retired couple to care for our modern four bedroom, 2 bathroom home with large open living areas and outdoor entertaining area in a quiet cul de sac. The house backs onto The Cut golf course. Gardens including vegetable patch are fully reticulated and easy care. We have a pond with some koi which requires some maintenance. The pump and filters may require some cleaning. There are some indoor plants to take care of. A little garden and lawn maintenance would be required as well.
Beach is 10 minute walk, good fishing and crabbing in the Dawesville Channel and Estuary.
Excellent restaurants, bars and clubs nearby.
We are located 12kms south of Mandurah and 50 mins by train to Perth. If you have Aus Seniors Card, off-peak train travel is free.
2 to 3 hours to south west region with beautiful beaches and famous Margaret River wine area.
The end date is flexible at this stage.
