We have a 4 bed 2 bath family home and garden located in beautiful Mariner's Cove, which is close to all shopping and amenities in Mandurah. Our home has a large covered fully enclosed patio with lovely potted plants, full comfy couch set and rocking chair to relax on and nice quiet neighbours.

We are ideally looking for a retired person or a couple/gentle persons to look after our home and stay with our 2 little Chinese Crested dogs which are hairless/low allergy. We also have a tropical fish tank. It's an easy care home, fig, mandarin, grape and avocado trees but not too much garden and with enough parking for a caravan if required.

Our home is located 850m from Yaburgurt Winjan Cirkelstone Giant at the Coodanup foreshore reserve also famous for Blue Manna crabs. We are right near the Estuary and Mariners Cove boat ramp. 1km from Mariners Cove Reserve and the highly regarded "Nourishing the Soul" Cafe overlooking the water where our Dolphin friends frequently visit.

For longer walks or bicycle rides, you can head through Soldiers Cove and on to the Mandurah Foreshore or under the Halls Head bridge. Close to Boundary Island Brewery and Falcon and Dawesville. Nature walks at the Creery Wetland nature reserve and bird watching areas are just a few hundred metres away and a playground and park just at the end of our street.

We live 4.8km from Mandurah train station, 3.2km from Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre and 4.6km from the Mandurah Foreshore.
