About this house sitting position in Brighton

We have a 2 storey , 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, Townhouse with a small garden, in a Gated complex of 9 Units . Very close to Gardenvale Station, cafes, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach and parks along the Canal path.
We are looking for someone to care for Millie, our 7 year old Mini Schnauzer (and of course, our house and small garden). Millie is a very affectionate and well behaved little girl. She loves a daily walk to the beach and a shorter second walk in the afternoon. She also loves watching TV from someone’s knee! Millie is crate trained and goes into her crate quite happily every night to sleep. She also loves her breakfast and dinner. We request that the garden be cared for and the letterbox cleared, along with the house being kept neat and tidy. This House Sit would suit a retired person or perhaps someone who works from home as Millie is accustomed to someone being around most of the time.
