About this house sitting position in Brisbane

We have a lovely Queenslander house which is 15-25 mins from Brisbane's CBD by bus (the bus stop is a 5 min walk). It's also a short walk to restaurants, cafes, bakery, takeaways, convenience stores, doctor, dentist, hairdresser, the gym and to parks and bush paths (where we take the dog). The house is comfortable, and on a leafy, quiet street with friendly neighbours.

We need a house-sitter who can mind our Kelpie cross (11 yo). She needs short walks daily (morning and afternoon). She loves people company (but not always other dogs, especially in her house). She stays in the house when we're out, so most importantly we need a house-sitter who can work from home, or who won't be out for more than 4-5 hours (max) on any one day. Like many kelpies, she occasionally shows signs of anxiety which is manageable. We'd prefer someone with experience with dogs (and ideally kelpies), enjoys walking, and likes a quiet life.
