About this house sitting position in Bardon

Family house with a big garden. We've got a 15 year old beautiful but lazy cat (that sleeps 20h a day) 2 chickens we like to let free range when we're home and a Fish tank.
This place is a dream for someone enjoying staying in a quiet home. While we're away, your car (if you have one) will be parked in our garage.
Nearby is Rosalie Village which has some local shops but in 10-15 mn drive is either Toowong or Indooroopilly shopping centre.
Bus stop 475 is 150m away for public transport.
We're at the foothill of Mt Coot Tha were there is plenty to see, walk hike ride if you enjoy the nature.

Nothing too complicated to do, that might require a 15-20 mn daily routine, with another weekly one:
- Cat: fresh meat from fridge and check biscuit top up
- Chicken: collect eggs and top up water & Grain, open/close door morning/night when home.
- Fish: frozen food twice daily and a pinch or pellet at time.
- Pool: ensure the cleaner works, empty the skimmer box and twice a week top up chlorine or give the walls a scratch with the brush to ensure no build-up of algues.
