This housesit would suit a single person or a couple who work from home at least some of the time.
The home is a 2 bedroom unit in Brunswick West, Victoria. It is a safe location. The unit is single level, and is located at the rear of 3 townhouses. The unit is a 5 minute walk from the 58 tram stop at the corner of Hope and Melville, and a 20 minute walk to Brunswick Station.
There is an open plan dining, kitchen, living area, a european style laundry and a bathroom/toilet. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a king single and a desk.
We have a lovely green courtyard out theback which is pretty low maintenance. There is on-street parking available on a wide street and never any issues getting a car park. The street feels very safe and has quite a community vibe about it.
The main reason for the house sit is that we have one ginger tabby cat named Jones who needs some love! Jones is an inside cat - she can go outside but only when she is on her lead and harness and fully supervised. Jones is very affectionate and will want to sleep on your bed. She is also pretty low maintenance (a grazer throughout the day with wet food in the evening) but needs to have a clean litter. Jones has a 1/2 tablet each evening to manage some stomach troubles, but she willingly eats the tablet crushed in a treat paste.
