Nestled in beautiful Buderim, my home offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. It’s the perfect base to enjoy the best of the Sunshine Coast.

Layout Note: Please note the home features stairs leading down to the indoor laundry and the comfortable guest bedroom, which includes its own private ensuite.

I have three indoor cats who love company! They stay safely inside but have full access to their own outdoor catio to enjoy the fresh air.
Your daily routine with them would include:
Feeding & Fresh Water:
Maintaining their usual daily schedule.

Litter Box Duty: Keeping their trays clean and tidy.

Eye Care: A quick, gentle wipe of their eyes daily (this is purely for grooming/cleanliness, no medication or tricky administration involved).

I am ideally looking for a house-proud couple who loves cats, will treat my home with respect, and doesn't mind stairs.
