About this house sitting position in Bulimba

We are going to be away from the 4th to 13th April. Sadly, we cannot take our beautiful border Collie x Kelpie dog (Eddie) & gorgeous but timid cat (Iggy) with us.
I am looking for someone confident with cats to allow Iggy to sit with you on the couch and show him some love while we are away. As well, give our fun-loving beautiful boy Eddie lots of love and attention and a walk in the morning and evening (he is well behaved on a lead).

We are 5km from Brisbane city and close to the Brisbane river (the city cat is about 250m away). There is also a bus stop opposite our house. We are only 1 block/street back off the main shopping strip, Oxford Street, which hosts some of the most marvelous cafes and coffee not to mention beautiful boutiques and shops. Woolworths Supermarket is also only a short walk away if needed (7-10 min- 2/3 blocks). Closest bakery & coffee 5min walk. Oxford St is also home to one of the cheapest Cinema's in Brisbane. There is a small 9 hole golf course 200-300m away, if you fancy a hit.

Our house is a renovated old Queenslander which is open plan. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with a large garden (well grass) & a self-cleaning pool.
