About this house sitting position in Windsor

We live in a lovely 4 bedroom cottage-type home, very bright and airy, on a quiet street near all shops and bus lines. Ten minutes from Brisbane CBD. Five minutes to Kedron Brook bike/walking path. Large deck in back facing north, overlooking a quiet park filled with birds, greenery, and trees. The kitchen and bathroom have both been modernised.

Our dog, Saoirse (pronounced "Sersha") is an Amstaff x Wolfhound and will be 3 years old end of April. She will need twice daily on-lead walks. She is quite strong and will pull at times when she sees another dog nearby. She is used to having someone at home with her most of the time. She is very sweet, cuddly, and obedient, however, she is not good with children (Sorry, but this is not a house sit for a family with kids). Her meals are prepared from people food, but they are very simple to make.

Also, the yard will need to be mowed regularly while we are away. I have a great lawnmower.
