About this house sitting position in Kedron

2 storey townhouse (not body corporate) which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Small yard. The usual amenities you would find in a house and lock up garage (I will have my car in the garage though as travelling interstate). Car park in the driveway. I wouldn't say close to supermarkets although there is a bus nearby (the closest train station is probably Wooloowin).

Toby is a beautiful dog and I'm working with a trainer to help get his fears under control. He is a rescue (Staffy/Ridgeback) but will look after you and is great company. He is quite goofy. In saying that, I do not want him walked at all and 10-15 minutes of mind games (can provide these to you) will be enough to tire him out every day. I also need him inside when it gets dark due to the cane toads.

Note I fly interstate on Saturday 14 March departing at 8.50am and need to be at the airport early. Therefore, I would appreciate someone staying on the Friday night. If Toby sees me with a suitcase he will wake up the neighbourhood by whining, crying, barking, etc (he did that last time I went overseas).

The same for the return flight. I fly on Thursday 19 March however arrive after midnight on Friday 20 March so just need someone overnight on the Friday. They are not great flights but flights to the west coast are never good.

If you are not great with reactive dogs then best not to apply as I would ideally want someone who has some experience with reactive dogs. Read more...
