About this house sitting position in Cameron Park

We have a two storey house inc king bed, spa bath, cinema room, multiple living spaces, massage chair, outdoor pool/spa (not heated) & fully equipped kitchen.

Our beautiful groodle Merlot will be ready to keep you company. He is an inside dog, low maintenance & very friendly. He needs to be walked once per day and his water and food bowls are to be kept topped up at all times. He needs to be let out to the toilet morning, arvo & evening. Before bed he gets a bowl of chunkers & 2 x sardines.

We have a few small potted plants that need watering only occasionally. Our lawn is mowed by contractors and our pool is also cleaned by contractors, if they come during your stay you just need to open the side gate for them.

Cameron Park is located right off the M1 and is approx 30mins from Hunter Valley and 30mins from Newcastle beaches/city. The two largest shopping centres are only 20mins away located in Charlestown & Kotara. The local Woolworths with cafes, restaurants & petrol is only 2mins down the road.

We hope you will consider our place as your next home away from home.

“Katherine and James are fantastic hosts. They provided a very warm welcome to their home and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the very first contact through to our final handover, they were easy to deal with and so friendly. Merlot, was a gentle, happy and well-behaved dog who was great company during my stay. I’d be more than happy to house and Merlot sit again, if it works out for me to return.”

“Loved keeping Merlot company - he is the most beautiful natured dog. Loves a walk and his toys. Katherine & James’s family home is very welcoming and we enjoyed a relaxing stay in a clean and an exceptional tidy place. Very kind and generous people, communication was excellent. If we are available we would not hesitate to Housesit again and love a catch-up with Merlot. Thanks Len & Julie ??”

“We spent a week looking after Merlot in James and Katherine's beautiful home in Cameron Park. Merlot is super-easy to look after (we enjoyed walking around the bush tracks near the house), and the house so comfortable that you don't really want to leave! Communication was good, instructions clear. Five stars and highly recommended.”
