About this house sitting position in Canobolas

Tinyhome / dog sit on a completely private established garden app 2.7 HA - 2 bedroom, (2nd bedroom with bunks), 1 bathroom, kitchen and outside shed longe for a breakout. Our new home is under construction and this is our temporary comfortable home.
On the SE flank of Mt Canobolas and adjacent the Pinnacle lookout. 15mins from Orange post office, shops and town. 4.7 km to scenic Lake Canobolas. Pair of kayaks on site.

Pet to be minded is our River girl. 2-year old well-mannered and trained female yellow Labrador. Extremely affectionate, energetic and carefully trained outside dog.
