About this house sitting position in Caravonica

Small house on a 700sqm block in a quiet area.
The garden mostly looks after itself except for a few pot plants. The house comes with 2 medium and 1 small dogs and 1 cat. They all have the run of the house.
Preferably someone who will spend a lot of time at home as my animals are not used to being alone for long periods of time (I work from home). They also need to be walked daily (in 2 separate lots) but do not mix with other dogs. They are all well trained and walk well on lead however can be strong so you will need to be experienced with dogs. There is a beautiful park at the back of my place and some nice walking path around the area.

If you are into hiking we have some amazing trails pretty much on our doorstep too.
I would love it if the house sitter could visit a few times prior to my departure so they could get to know my animals therefore someone local to Cairns would be best.
Not looking for a paying sitter at this point.
