About this house sitting position in Carina Heights

Hi! We are looking for a confident and experienced house sitter/s to take care of our cuddly cat and mind our home for a approx 2 weeks.

The pet:
Our boy Fae (16) is a loving and affectionate boy, who starts to get a bit sad if he doesn't get enough cuddles. Being an older boy, he has some medications he needs twice a day to keep him healthy and happy; these are easily administered but someone who is confident in handling this is required. Medication is administered transdermally (via skin) and powder food additive twice daily (morning and evening). Fresh water, litters scooped/cleaned daily, some occassional treats and ample pats/cuddles will also be required. He does like the occasional play if you're up for it, but he won't be mad if you just prefer to hang out together.

The house:
Our town house has 3 bedrooms (one set up as an office you are welcome to use), 2.5 bathrooms, dishwasher, coffee machine, internet, streaming services. It is privately situated, with a moderately sized garden and outdoor patio area with large hedges screening from neighbours. Some watering of the garden to keep things green is also required. The location is within short walking distance to everything you might need - supermarket, cafes, post office, chemist, hairdressers, library, bus stop with multiple routes into Southbank and the CBD. Carindale Shopping Centre is also a short walk if needed.

Off-road parking is available, potentially space for a small caravan if required, however please contact us with details if this is something you might need.
