About this house sitting position in Carseldine

4 bedroom home with family living quarters upstairs and a guest room downstairs with king size bed and ensuite where the sitter would stay.
House has a decent sized pool (10m x 4m) and is well secured with a fence around the whole section.
Because we have 1 x dog and 1 x cat, we require a sitter while we head overseas for 5 weeks. The cat is very low maintenance and spends his time upstairs away from the dog with a baby gate to seal it off.
The dog is a small breed who just requires a daily walk around the block, but does need companionship.
Pool may need a few runs on the pool cleaner and plants may need the occasional water over the summer period.

Lawn would require mowing but it’s a small flat area and there is an electric Ryobi mower with ample batteries to make it quick and easy.
House is 400m walking distance to Carseldine train station and the new shopping centre there.
Netflix, Prime Video, Kayo Sports and high speed Wifi all setup.
