About this house sitting position in CHELSEA

I live in a new 3 level townhouse (build completed Dec 2023) Basement garage, living level 1, living level 2 and an upper deck with bay views. So a number of stairs. The guest bedroom is on ground level. Access to the property is from front of complex via a secure gate, or from the basement garage. I live about 100m from Chelsea beach.
I have one cat - a big, fluffy ginger boy called Charlie - he loves cuddles and attention, but is also happy to chill and sleep most of the day. He is not a night owl and only wants attention in the morning from around 7am - but if ignored, goes back to sleep.
He is fed by automatic feeder 3 times a day. But is also fed an additional sachet of wet food each morning.
I have a small garden with automatic watering - low maintenance. Some indoor plants.
