About this house sitting position in Chermside

My apartment is a new build, 8 storeys with a rooftop for entertainment/watching sunsets and meeting neighbours on Fridays at 5:30 onwards. My apartment is very close to Westfield Shopping Centre and a bus station with ambulance, Fire Station, Prince Charles hospital and many more amenities on hand. I face east towards the street with a large balcony which I have made private for me. I have 2 beds, 2 ensuites and 1 multi-purpose room which I use for office/art/gym. I have security screening for safety. I also have a beautiful Bichon Frise dog, Bella. All my neighbours are so lovely.
My criteria are the following:-
1. Be respectful of my property please
2. You will need to be a dog lover
3. You will need to be a plant lover and attend to the needs of my plants on my balcony which creates the privacy.
