Hi there!

We have a lovely three bedroom home with a big backyard and 3 cats. We require someone who knows cats pretty well and doesn't mind spending time with them. Someone who is able to water our plants is also needed, we have a retractable hose that reaches everything!

We're in the Yarra ranges - a 10 minute drive from the Dandenong ranges and amazing cafes/eateries! And a 50 minute drive from the CBD. There's a big shopping complex 3 minutes away that has just about every shop you could need but we're also blessed with heaps of privacy and a really relaxing quiet home!

The home is nestled away and has parking in the private driveway and on our service road. It's a brick house with new carpets and laminate flooring - we've also had new AC's installed in the master bedroom-lounge-and office. The master bedroom has a king bed and a massive 65 inch TV and an ensuite. Bedroom 2 is our now wardrobe/change room. And Bedroom 3 is our office space with sit stand desks. The lounge has electric reclining seats, a lounge chair for reading, 75inch 4k tv with a massive selection of blurays and a surround sound system (great for gaming too). We have great internet/wifi across the entire house and a nice bbq and outdoor table setting with an umbrella should you like to sit and enjoy a drink in the sunny backyard.

The drive is on a bit of a slope - so just a heads up for anyone who might not be super sure-footed!

Our three cats are friendly and absolute characters! They have Microchip Feeders - Automatic Litter box and love a snuggle. They sometimes argue as cat's do and one really insists on sleeping with people once he's comfortable with you (he gets cold). Our laundry houses the cat litter and food setup, along with a great washing machine and hanging racks if needed. Our bedroom door and laundry door also have little cat doors so they can come and go without needing to worry about closed doors.

We have a nice big kitchen with views of the backyard and trees - we also have just about every appliance you could need (apart from a coffee machine - we drink tea). Our dishwasher and big fridge with water and ice maker - should make for a relaxing and easy stay!

Our garden needs a 5 minute water daily if it hasn't rained but there's no other upkeep or work required from anyone staying. The property has coded locks with a pin on the front and back door (no stress about losing a key!) and some security cameras facing outside of the property/doorbell camera.

Ideally we are looking for someone who works from home, a student keen on some chill time alone or a retiree to spend some time with our pets each day.
