About this house sitting position in Clayfield

Lovely three bedroom townhouse in inner northern suburb of Clayfield. Looking for an active dog sitter who will be able to walk and care for two late-middle-age kelpies.

Very used to being cared for by new people and not a hassle. They just need a good amble walk (3-5 km - 1 hour min) each day.

Beautifully appointed home. Very close to lots of restaurants, cafes, train stations, etc.

Sitters will have use of the Master Bedroom/Balcony/Private Ensuite, and the rest of the home will be a shared space.

In a very quiet complex of all owner-occupier townhouses (5 total). No parking for a van, sorry.

Not suitable for children due to the age & temperament of the dogs. Yes, that even includes really well behaved children, sorry :(

Please note:
***It is possible a single Airbnb Guest will stay during this time, in the guest room with their own bathroom. The rest of the house is shared***

***My daughter and I will be home briefly overnight on the 14th and will stay in her room. We are then off until the 18th. You are welcome to stay the whole time.
