Lovely home located in Cleveland, Brisbane; walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. House has air con, streaming services and a swim spa.

Pets - 1 dog named Charlie. Charlie is a 4 year old mixed breed medium dog. He is completely house trained and mostly an indoor dog. Charlie is use to having someone home most of the time however is fine to be left alone for short periods. He prefers to sleep on the bed with his human companions. Charlie loves to play, walk, and cuddle/sleep on the couch. Would prefer someone who loves dogs and happy to have a shadow. Charlie can be noisy when he hears birds chirping in the yard. He also can become excited and jumps up on people to greet them (we are working on this behaviour). Charlie loves people, friendly with other dogs. He would require at least 1 walk a day.

We also have 2 hermit crabs that would need feeding however they are easy to manage and low maintenance.
