About this house sitting position in Coburg North

Come have a holiday in Coburg North while we have a holiday in Vietnam. If you are foodie, nature lover, art lover or want to WATCH THE WORLD CUP ON A BIG SCREEN this is the place for you.
We are located between Merri Creek and Edgars creek(with awesome city views) in the shadow of Pentridge Prison(long since closed and now a retail/dining/apartment/cinema complex).
We are close to trams/trains and buses which give easy access to Melbourne city and beyond.
We have two cats George and Dizzy, who pretty much take care of themselves and have their own area but need feeding twice a day and the odd saucer of milk and cuddles.
We're also blessed with two rescue dogs, Bebe-5yrs, and Bino-3yrs. One is a total bitzer, rather large(25-30kg) and wilful who is originally a camp dog from Alice springs. She's a Kelpie/Staffy/Terrier and then-some mix.
Bino is a very small fox terrier but with a large personality. The two of them get on just fine.

The dogs and the cats are kept separate for obvious reasons although they do tolerate each other. We have a large back garden so they get to run around a lot and can go a day or so without walks.
Bebe is never let off the leash in public because she still has some dessert dog instincts, while Bino is totally fine off leash along the creek. There is an abundance of walking areas right outside our front door, so there's no shortage of green areas to explore on walkies.
Bebe is rather strong so you MUST be able to handle a big dog on walks. Both are females.

Our house is a weatherboard with all mod cons bar a dish washer. The inside is retro styled full of art and op shop bargains. A king size bed for you.
There is an office room with double screens and all the mod cons.
We have a beautiful tropical style back garden with a caravan(can be a guest bedroom) and an enclosed verandah bar area with an outdoor kitchen(there is an indoor kitchen too) equipped with everything you need to cook amazing food, coffee machine, projector screen, stereo, great BBQ facilities and so much more. Seriously, you will not want to go anywhere else. Did I mention the outdoor bath?

We are looking for someone or a couple with references, who would appreciate the facilities here, can walk the dogs at least 5 days out of 7, water the house plants, water the garden if it hasn't rained, pick up the dog poo in the garden and enjoy their stay.
We are a couple, kids have left but are nearby for emergencies, who enjoy eating and drinking and entertaining.
Come shoot a music video in our backgarden and enjoy the planes flying overhead to Essendon airport-no night flights!
There is space for 1 car in the driveway which is monitored via a webcam, there is also a door bell camera.

If you think that you're a good fit, enjoy watching movies/footie/world cup on the big screen on the verandah or driving 100 metres up the road to Coburg Drive in, or cooking great meals and watching the sunset with two loving and fun dogs then drop us a line.

We're away for two weeks from June 26th to July 12th.
