About this house sitting position in Coburg

Hi there!

We are looking for someone to take care of our cat and dog in April for a week.

We live in a recently renovated 4 bedroom home, in Coburg. The bedrooms are spacious and include reverse cycle air conditioners and ceiling fans. Other features of the house include:
- newly renovated kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, oven and cooktop and fully stocked pantry.
- washing machine and dryer
-two modern spacious bathrooms - one with large bathtub, the other with double shower
-a large comfy couch, large tv, lots of board games
-office space
We have a large garden with outdoor dining and bbq. It's also very child friendly - includes a trampoline, slide, cubby and other play equipment.

We live on a friendly street in Coburg. It's a 5 min walk to the train, 8 min walk to the tram, and an easy walk to a few bus stops. Walking distance attractions include Coburg Lake, Merri Creek, Harmony Park, Pentridge Precinct (arguably has one of the best pubs in Melbourne), Sydney Road and Bunnings.

We need someone to take care of our couch potato greyhound and our apprehensive but eventually very snuggly fluffy cat. We need someone to feed them in the morning and evening, change their water bowl daily and give them TLC. You'll also have poop duties. Our cat is an indoor cat but we put her on the harness to have some outside time. Our dog is also mostly inside (by his own choice) and would need to be let out to go to the toilet.

As it's a short stay, there are no plant duties. However we need you to keep the house clean and tidy and check the mail while we are gone.

You must be reliable, trustworthy, respectful of our belongings, tidy and an animal person! As long as you can clean up after your kids, children are welcome. One dog is welcome, provided they get along with our cat and dog.
