About this house sitting position in Copacabana

My husband and I want to start living between Copacabana and Bangkok 3 months on 3 months off starting end of March 2025. We are looking for a retired couple who have their own place but would be happy to spend 3 months at a time at the beach to look after our house and our two dogs.

We are looking for extremely clean, responsible, and trustworthy people who love dogs and have the skills to look after a house with a yard. We admit that we have very high standards, definitely higher than average when it comes to tidiness, cleanliness, and house maintenance. And we are looking for people who share those standards. References will be required. Please, keep that in mind before applying.

This is not an ad for just this upcoming 3 month period, but for long term. We would like the same people to come back for 3 months mid-September to mid-December 2026, and so on.

We have a 5-bedroom house located a 5 min walk to the beach and the lifesaving club. However, only 2 of those bedrooms will be accessible.

Copacabana is a sleepy beach town in winter but comes to life in summer. The closest shops are a 12-min drive in Kincumber. There is also the large shopping mall of Erina Fair'.

We have a very well-behaved 12-year old Australian sheperd and a 5-year old border collie. They can be walked on and off leash at the park and the beach. They need to be brushed, walked, and fed once a day.

All utilities will be paid for.
