About this house sitting position in Cotton Tree

Hi I have 3 short trips coming up- 5 days in Aug - 7 days in Sept and 8 days in Oct...and have 2 beautiful 12yr old pets Gidget the Groodle and Moo the 1/2 rag doll cat to look after.
A bit of a different request as I also need someone to look after my office for that time which would be some checking in and out of guests in a unit block with 12 holiday lets, and seeing to the cleaners for the units also. I would pay you for this service if you have any experience in this field that would be absolutely wonderful.
The residence is a 2 bedroom unit about 80m from the beach at Cotton Tree Maroochydore and 100m from local shops/ cafes etc.
