About this house sitting position in Croydon North

Our home is located on 1/2 acre in a nice quiet pocket of Croydon North, Victoria. It is walking distance to the local shops including Jefferies Supermarket, cafes etc. and a 10 minute drive to Eastland Shopping Centre. Also Croydon Central is only a 5 minute drive away with Coles, Bakers Delights etc. Not to mention Croydon North is also located at the gateway of the Yarra Valley if you like to explore.

Our home has a nice big backyard and pool, but the garden is easy to maintain and won't require any extensive upkeep, if any at all throughout the duration of our trip. Just maybe to put the bins out each week. The house is very secure and comfortable with zoned heating and cooling throughout, NBN, Foxtel and lots of streaming services available to watch throughout your stay. Surrounded by great neighbours who will happily help you out if you have a problem.

We have 2 English Cocker Spaniels - my daughters dog Axel (13 y/o) is a golden Cocker and our girl Remy (2 y/o) who is a Chocolate cocker. Remy spends her days running around the backyard and racing inside to tell Axel what she's seen. Axel, being older, spends much of his day lounging on the couch and his biggest worry is when his next meal is due. They love each others company! There is also a fish tank but they only require a small pinch of food daily.

As much as we value our home being well cared for, our biggest priority is that our pets are cared for with love, care and able to maintain their routine. They don't require lots of exercise due to the size of our land, just a little extra attention and are used to having company throughout the day so if you work from home, this would be a real bonus!
