About this house sitting position in Nunawading

Hello,

I have two adorable cats. Theo is shy around strangers to start with and then a very cuddly and smoochy companion. Liam is outgoing and anyone’s friend. Loves a tummy rub.

I also have 4 hens that are easy to look after but need to be locked up before dusk every day or otherwise not let out for the day. Expect 2 eggs per day. Yum.

The house is well-appointed, with a large kitchen-living area and one bedroom available. There are two air conditioners for cooling and heating. Comfortable queen-size bed (and a selection of pillows if required).

My home incorporates a lovely garden and a generous patio with BBQ and outdoor setting. There are also two other outdoor areas for sitting and relaxing while admiring the garden and catching or avoiding the sun.

The garden won’t require attention at this time of the year. There are some vegetables available and of course eggs.

The house is situated a block away from Blackburn North and in a safe suburb within a friendly, quiet neighbourhood. It is close to public transport, a few restaurants/cafes and a shopping centre (1.6 km). It is within close access to the eastern freeway and EastLink. Off-street parking available.
