About this house sitting position in DARLINGTON

We live in the leafy suburb of Darlington in the Perth Hills. Our home is on a 3000 sqm block and is mostly covered in tall trees. There is some garden around the house which is reticulated. There are also some potplants which require water every day in the summer. On very hot summer days the garden beds may require an extra water to keep the plants happy. The house is split level, with the guest bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level. The upper level has the master bedroom with ensuite, a powder room, dining room, loundge room, kitchen and laundry and a sitting room with a breakfast area. There is a spacious deck which overlooks a fully fenced pool enclosure. Beyond that there are lovely views into the treetops. The house has wooden floor boards to the living areas, and carpets to the bedrooms. The general feel is a relaxed, country atmosphere. We refer to it as our "treehouse".
Our dog Barney is a chilled, loving and lovable labradoodle who is 9 years old. He loves a walk and is very friendly with other dogs and loves all humans unconditionally.
