About this house sitting position in Maida Vale

Over 55’s unit - prefer single lady. (Suit over 55) non smoker preferred.
Tidy 3 x 2 (you will have your own room)
King Charles cav x - Bella 6 years, and
Maltese shitzu x - Marty 4 years

They require a walk in morning. (Afternoon too if you like) there’s a nice paved walking trail behind me.
They love people and smaller dogs. (Although on lead they can get a bit ansy with other dogs - they get in trouble by a stern word if they do this ).
They sleep most of the day and Bella in particular loves to sit close. They don’t sleep on the bed but may try.

I would prefer someone who is home more than out, although are ok if you work. They are all pretty good on the lead but like to sniff every blade of grass and can pull a little but I remind them to stop. Both are pretty chilled. Dog park also not far away.

Safe and secure unit in a small group of 5 units.
Parking beside unit.
Security door bell and security camera in garage.
Cleaning lady comes once a week.
