There are homes that are OK, even great, but the best are… when you arrive you feel welcome... you can truly feel ‘at HOME’ when you enter the front door!

Our Drewvale dwelling has been our castle for over 23 years. From a lawned yard, we’ve created a wonderful rainforest / garden environment for us and our guests.

The four bedroom plus study home is well insulated for the long hot summers. When it gets too much the air conditioning, fans, pool and the bi-folds help handle those more intense days.

The living area hosts an open, modern and renovated kitchen, dining and lounge area, and then extends thru bi-folds to a level and an upgraded deck to an outdoor lounge, bbq and large table.

In respect of our requirements, our number one focus is our BILLY, a delightful one-year=old cavoodle. With up-to-date vaccinations, he is a well groomed and active dog, used to being walked mornings and evenings. The dog park, a mere five homes away, offers an off-lease grassed area for the running and making new friends. He eats well, and has water always available. You’ll love him!

Regarding our home, because we are big gardeners. Watering at least every second day in dry/hot times and as needed for under cover plants is greatly appreciated.

Because of medical needs, checking our mail is also much appreciated. You will have access to our media room, TV and our internet for your visit.

A one set of lights gets you onto freeways to the CBD of Queensland’s capital, the airport, the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast or Toowoomba and beyond. The famous Scenic Rim is a mere 30 minutes to the south.
