5 mins bike ride from Adelaide CBD, Burnside & Norwood. 30 min walk to Adelaide Botanic Gardens, 5min walk from our home is a bustop, 5 local cafes, bakery, thai restaurant, pizza shop, well stocked IGA with lots of health food options, gift shop, butcher, chemist & 2 x Dr clinics.
It is a fantastic location in a quiet, friendly street with lovely neighbours. We have lived here for 17yrs & absolutely love living here.
Single storey 1960’s home with scandi decor, floorboards & king size bed.
Breville coffee machine, vitamix blender, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer.
Indoor plants & beautiful outdoor area with bbq, dining table/chairs, daybed & hammock. We have a magnificent tree in our back yard & 5 wicking beds full of veges/herbs/flowers/citrus. Most are on self watering system but a few will need hand watering.
