Large garden with chickens. Would like garden watered and chickens fed and locked up at night.
Would have full use of home but sleep in granny flat.
Granny flat has air conditioning, queen bed, electric blankets, toilet and shower, microwave, toaster, electric jug. Level access. House set back from street, very quiet. 10 minutes from beaches.
