About this house sitting position in East Lismore

Hello! 👋
Our home is located in East Lismore a short, walk to East Lismore Shopping centre (small supermarket, post office, bottle o, cafe, take away shop, bakery etc). We love our neighbourhood and know many of our neighbours.
House is a clean and tidy 3-4 bedroom 1 bathroom home (2 of the rooms with queen beds, if you require other beds we do have some camp and foam mattresses) with a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area. Nothing super duper fancy but cute and everything you need to be comfortable (bath, fireplace, comfy couch, reverse cycle aircon and fans, coffee machine, fresh garden goodies and flowers to pick if you wish, if you have younger kids they will have plenty of things to play with).
We’re a relaxed family with a 5 year old golden retriever named Happy and an old cat named Mr Goods.
Happy is a very good girl, she loves a pat, a walk or a throw of the ball. She can be left alone during the day if you have things you need to do no problems- but we’d prefer someone who was going to have enough time to walk her and give her company. Mr. Goods also loves a pat but he has a cat flap and comes and goes as he pleases. He has an inside and an outside litter tray that needs to be cleaned as needed.
Our backyard is fully fenced (veggie garden fully fenced too) our front yard is not fenced at all. There’s flat spots to park out the front, we are likely able to accommodate larger vehicles if that’s an issue.
Our house is raised up roughly 2m. Underneath is a concrete slab garage area and we also have space for undercover hanging of washing, some seating, a baby Webber bbq, washing machine and dryer/laundry area downstairs.
We have some bicycles you’re welcome to use, riding into central Lismore only takes 5 minutes.
East Lismore is
31 minutes to Ballina beaches and fishing
44 minutes to Byron Bay
32 minutes to Nimbin
