About this house sitting position in EDEN HILL

My house is an old cottage, small but homely. It is close to public transport (bus and train) and handy to local shops. The river isn't far away e.g. Bassendean, Bayswater and Guildford., Mt Lawley is roughly a 10 minute drive, Guildford is 5 and there are large shopping centres located close by e.g. Morley and Midland. There is a smaller shopping centre in Bassendean and a small IGA a few minutes drive away. If you fancy a visit to local wineries, the Swan Valley is a 10 minute drive.
The garden will need watering twice a week, there is reticulation, and a few pot plants which will need hand watering every couple of days.
I have a medium sized dog who will also require looking after. He is friendly, requires little grooming (he has very short hair) but does need walking daily. He is a house dog, I would prefer someone who can be around most of the time as that is what he's familiar with.
Best suited to singles, there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, the toilet is in the bathroom. Aircon is in the main bedroom and the living room.
