We have a lovely 5 bedroom house in Elsternwick. It is 2 story but the guest room and ensuite are on the ground floor with kitchen, living areas etc so the second floor doesn’t need to be used if stairs are an issue.
We are walking distance from public transport and shops and cafes.
We have 1 senior cat who is 16 years old and sleeps all day. She is an indoor cat so litter tray will require daily attendance.
