Single story 3 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas. 1 TV in family room. Main bedroom has split system air con and heating and a ceiling fan. Fenced property. Small jetty with 3 kayaks and access off jetty to Encounter Lake. Walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants, parks walking trail. 5 minute drive to shopping centre, cinemas and main street of Victor Harbor. Hospital is 2 minute drive. We have a 2 year old Toy Cavoodle Archie who is so friendly, loves a walk and lots of playtime. Does not bite, loves following you around the house, very friendly boy.
