About this house sitting position in Engadine

Home in Engadine in the Sutherland Shire. We are looking for someone who can stay and look after our Bernedoodle pup, Murphy (who will be 7 months old at the time) while we travel overseas. Unfortunately our dates are not flexible, but we do have a spare room should you require a day or 2 accommodation either side.

Murphy needs daily walks and cuddles and we would prefer someone who is home quite a bit as he is mainly an inside dog and is used to us being around home. He has a great temperament and is very loving if not very excitable at times!

Our home has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room all on one level from street entry. The kitchen also leads to a large undercover balcony with lovely outlook perfect for sunsets. Downstairs has another self contained space (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) which we are happy for the sitter to use as your main accommodation if you would prefer. Split system air con in main lounge room. Ceiling fans also in lounge/dining and upstairs bedrooms. Portable fan and heaters are also available.

Laundry is downstairs and accessible from backyard via the spare room. Front loader and clothes dryer available to use.

Big yard which is fully fenced for Murphy. Off-street parking in driveway.

Close to Engadine town centre with all shops (bakery, cafes, Coles/Woolies/Aldi, pharmacy etc) within a 10min walk. Bus stops both within a few minutes walk (992 and 993 routes). Engadine train station 1.6km away and Miranda Westfield under 15 mins drive.

Easy access to Royal national park or local walking trails.
Beautiful beaches at either Cronulla or South Coast are within 30 mins drive away. Read more...
